If you didn't have sex, there is no pregnancy risk. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the outside of the vaginal canal. Accidents can happen, that's why it’s best to use protection during genital to genital contact.
