With this surgery, the younger the patient (or the patient who has had this ailment the shortest amount of time) often fares best. Long term injuries are much harder to fix as the muscles in the shoulder can waste away.
Physical therapy for many patients is instrumental after surgery and should start almost immediately. Did this occur?
