We cannot answer as to why one particular woman would have breast discharge. Having or not having a uterus could be a factor but if it's during/after intercourse, it could be due to sexual arousal. Generally, hormones are the reason. You can discuss this with your doctor to know more. Any abnormal discharge should be discussed with your doctor.
