The cervix is up inside a woman's body by the uterus so nothing could have touched her there. If ejaculate touched her on her vaginal opening, there is some risk of pregnancy if your underwear slipped one side. This isn't likely to have happened and underwear will stop any contact - sperm cannot get through it to cause a pregnancy.
