The vagina is inside the body, not outside so he wouldn't be "slapping" your vagina, rather your vulva. Slapping that would be painful. As long as his hands were dry, you are fine. I can't see how smacking a butt would deposit sperm (if there was any and it doesn't seem possible) on the vaginal opening, it's a bit far-fetched.
