How did you enter her with 3 layers of clothing as a barrier? Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Spem can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. It may wet clothing but cannot penetrate it. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sex with ejaculation inside the vaginal canal or (more rarely) on the opening.
