Her own vaginal fluids (present whether an orgasm happens or not) may have been on the condom.
Emergency contraception is very reliable (up to 95%) so the risk is very low.
EC has side effects of spotting and delayed periods.
A pregnancy test would be accurate by now. One should be taken to rule it out.
