I would say very low if you are sure there was no ejaculate present. Only your partner would know this with certainty. It's good you used a condom. When used consistently and correctly, condoms are 98% effective in preventing pregnancy and are the only form of birth control that also can prevent STI. This is why it's important to follow directions for correct use (not saying you didn't, just relaying information).
