If she has had her period (or withdrawal bleeding) since taking the ECP as well as a negative test result this indicates she is not pregnant. The pill can cause irregularity in a woman's cycle for a short period of time. This is why it should not be used often and only in emergencies. If she is still concerned, wait a week and test again.
