Urine pregnancy test are highly accurate so your chances are very low (especially since you have only had protected sex) but since you are very late and have nipple tenderness, a blood test at the doctor's office is a good idea. If it's negative, talk to your doctor about why your period is not coming - you may have a hormonal imbalance.
