100 bpm or below is considered normal. If this increase happens occasionally, even with a pacemaker, it's not generally considered dangerous but anything over 120 should be immediately reported. A pacemaker will not always run like clockwork since the body is constantly evolving.
However, I suggest you call your doctor if you have concerns.
