It's far too early to know if you got pregnant from sex on the 18th - you will have to wait another 10 days or so to test.
EC is very effective - it's more likely you are delayed as a side effect of taking it, rather than being pregnant. It may be another couple of weeks before you get your period. If you don't get it in that time, take a test.
