There is no reason to stop the pills. You can't get pregnant wearing layers of clothes as there is no way to have intercourse like that. Pre-ejaculate fluid in itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can be picked up the urethra if a man has not urinated since ejaculation. But once he urinates, any sperm would be flushed out. You will need to wait for your cycle to sort itself out on the pill.
