I'm not sure how you dried your whole body including genital areas with your eyes closed. For hygienic reasons you need to do your face and upper body first and other areas last.
There is no pregnancy risk.
1. There is no need to assume there is sperm on a towel after a showered male used it.
2. Sperm dries within 5-20 minutes, this towel was hanging overnight. Pregnancy would be impossible.
3. You'd have to be ovulating.
4. You'd have to insert fresh sperm inside your vagina - none of this happened.
5. There is no need to assume there is sperm on a towel simply because a male used it (it's worth repeating!).
Stop googling, put it behind you and everything will be fine.
