1. One may never know they are shedding their virus. Many people with the virus don't even know they have it in the first place but can still pass it on. That's the nature of this virus.
2. He can perform oral sex on you if there is no outbreak but he still runs the risk of infection.
3. As above, depending on aftercare of his skin.
4. As above, with no outbreak but there is a risk of skin to skin genital contact.
5. Vaginal cuts from rough sex isn't healthy in the first place. Genital damage from sex should be avoided.
6. The risk of female-to-male transmission is slightly lower.
