Back, hip and leg pain can be caused by many things. Sciatica caused by a pinched nerve in the spine can cause leg and hip pain, for example. The flu can take weeks to resolve depending on the severity. If you have been having these issues 10/15, if I am understanding your question right, I think it's time you saw a doctor.
