Heavy discharge is often seen mid-month and you are in the middle of your cycle. This discharge likely means you are ovulating (which also means you aren't pregnant but as a virgin, you couldn't be pregnant anyway). Some months are much heavier than others.
At 16, your cycle is still changing.
As to your nipple pain, ovulation may also be causing that as that kind of pain may be hormonally related.
You can always talk to your doctor/gynecologist for clarification if you are still concerned.
