A woman doesn't need lumps and bumps to prove there is a problem.
Have you had any scans taken? An ultrasound or other scanning device? This needs to be done to see if there are any kind of lumps not felt by the human hand or any other kind of issues (bones/muscles/ligaments) going on in this area.
You are within your rights to request scans - I suggest you do. Please keep us posted and don't give up.
