You can't be pregnant - you didn't have sex. Implantation bleeding is very light - not even enough to fill a panty liner, all told, and is seen well before a period is due.
It sounds like a normal period other than not really being what you expect every month, as it was shorter. But this is a period, with one large clot.
If you want to confirm this, take a pregnancy test.
