Kidney disease is usually progressive. The length and symptoms of each stage can vary for each person. Symptoms of end-stage renal failure may include:
a decrease in how much you urinate
fatigue
malaise
headaches
unexplained weight loss
loss of appetite
bone pain
Call your health care provider about ways to manage these symptoms if they occur. There is always something that can be done to help manage pain and make you more comfortable.
