I would love to get involved with a group like this... Over the years I have developed high blood pressure, extreme over eating, and stress that landed me in the ER several times with "mini-strokes". From there I found other vices that have not brought any kind of happiness to my life and it seems no matter how much I want to change that support system just isn't there.
