Great interval info Alysia with an eye toward safety. Will have to give these a go. Have a question -- I love to run and walk, but the temperature in Arizona today hit 115 (or so says my car thermometer) For those of us forced into a gym (ugh) so we don't melt or die, are treadmill work outs as effective as street work outs? Will this interval training work efficiently on the hamster wheel too?
