This is so helpful Kristin as determining whether a woman has fibromyalgia is somewhat of an elusive process. According to the Mayo Clinic, it's not uncommon for women to spend years going from doctor to doctor and undergoing tests for conditions as varied as arthritis, depression and multiple sclerosis before reaching a fibromyalgia diagnosis. This seminar could possibly ease that process.

Fibromyalgia makes you feel tired and causes muscle pain and "tender points," says the National Institutes of Health. Tender points are places on the neck, shoulders, back, hips, arms or legs that hurt when touched. People with fibromyalgia may have other symptoms, such as trouble sleeping, morning stiffness, headaches, and problems with thinking and memory, sometimes called "fibro fog."

Anyone experiencing these types of symptoms may want to take advantage of the seminar. Thanks for passing this along Kristin.
