This year I want a healthy birthday, so I was thinking of some ideas today. I want to wake up and make an egg white omelet. They are so good. I also want lot's of fruit and veggies for snacks during the day. I thought about having a BBQ with chicken kabobs, corn, beans, and a salad. For desert I wanted to have sugar free ice cream. Does that sound healthy? I hope so. It sounds so good to me!
