Yes, Anon, you're correct. Heat exhaustion is defined as "an illness that occurs when someone is too active in hot temperatures." You may well be dealing with an eye sensitivity. You may want to also consider the possibility of a drug sensitivity. I'm not clear from your comments whether you have a question or just wanted to provide information.
