Yes my Dr had me on ambien and it did help, less so after awhile, but I had a bad thing happen while visiting a friend with my husband i came downstairs and had a long talk with them and had no memory of it the next morning. My husband then asked me other questions about things that I also had no memory of after waking up. The Dr. said i told you to let me know if you weren't remembering things you did at night, well how can you if you aren't aware of them??
