Hi Anon,

You need to speak to your doctor, in order to choose the right contraceptive for you.   It depends on age, family history and many other conditions.

Hi Nillah,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Most women experience an earlier or later period,  a heavier or lighter, longer or shorter period, after taking plan b.  That might have been your period.  But you can take a home pregnancy test around the time your period is due.

Hi
The bleeding stopped on 5th october now as am approaching the fertile period my vaginal mucus has blood is this still an effect of plan b. like the watery discharge that comes before ovulation whenever it comes out it has traces of blood.
