My nipples are really puffy and there's bumbs on my areolas, I also found some white stuff inside my nipple ? Is it dried milk? I'm a virgin and I haven't had sex protected or unprotected. However I have had a penis rubbed over my underwear and it is said sperm can't travel through my underwear but why are my boobs different ? Would I begin milking breast milk on the first week of conception? Or am I being paranoid and there's still no chance I'm pregnant

Without vaginal penetration and ejaculation, there is no way that you are pregnant.
Signs of lactation or milk production do not begin until the third trimester or last three months of a pregnancy.
Consider scheduling an appointment for a breast exam if you are concerned about the changes.
