On 16 th August I had dry sex with my fiancee. He was with his clothes on. I had my period on 7 th September and it lasted till 13th September. I have not had sex after that till today. My next period was due on 7th October but I am late by 7 days. I am having nausea feeling from 7th October. Is there any chance of getting pregnant

Why do you continue to press your nipples?
You need to schedule an appointment with your doctor to be examined. This is unusual and not a sign of pregnancy.

Today when I pressed my nipples I had a liquid secretion from my boobs...it was not milky...bt it was very little and I had to press my boobs very hard then only little amount came out...what is it...is it a sign of pregnancy...I have not had sex till now...jst dry sex with my fiancee

Having a monthly period and a negative urine pregnancy test confirm that you are not pregnant.
Belly looking fat is most likely because you are putting on weight. Consider cutting back on snacking, replace sugary or fatty foods with healthy foods, and increase your physical activity to include exercises that strengthen your abdominal muscles.
