June 25, 2016 - 8:17amGenerally speaking, sperm cannot travel through fabric. If he did happen to get sperm on his hand, it is likely that is was either dead or too damaged to cause any pregnancy. Keep in mind that sperm dies within a few minutes of being in open air.
