No. Semen ejaculated into her anus would not flow into her vagina.
There was no risk for pregnancy by having intercourse while she was having her period.
For pregnancy to happen, there must be a released egg. During ovulation, an ovary releases a mature egg. This happens in the middle of the menstrual cycle. If the woman does not become pregnant, the lining of her uterus is shed. This is her period.
Blood from the period does not kill sperm.
