I got my periods for 10 days thn it came again and after it went ut came again in a month what is the reason

Depending on your age, this recent change could be an early sign of perimenopause. Fluctuations in estrogen levels lead to irregular menstrual cycles.

A hormonal imbalance can cause irregular periods.

I suggest you contact your gynecologist. Frequent and prolonged vaginal bleeding can lead to anemia because of blood loss.
