When was your last period?
Did your doctor offer any suggestions as to why you are late or suggest options, such as an oral contraceptive, to help regulate your menstrual cycle?
Causes of irregular menstrual cycles range from a hormonal imbalance, polycystic ovary syndrome, side effect of certain medications including steroid to gaining or losing a significant amount of weight.
