If you cramp a week before your period, spot then bleed heavy for two days and spot after are you pregnant?

I am having somewhat of the same problem. I am on Trinessa. I took a full week of my pills but on friday I had unprotected sex with the withdrawl method. I took my pills on time for that full week. On the second week I took my pill 13 hours late. I had a few symptoms like tender breasts and slight cramping a week before my period. This week i started my plecebo pills on sunday. My period comes on tue. or wed. of my plecebo pill week. I started heavy bleeding on tue. and wed. but on thurs. It became lighter and today (friday) I only notice it when I wipe. My period usually lasts 5 days with 3 days of heavy bleeding and then a few days of light but it is always noticable on a pad. Could I possibly be preg.? I have been stressed off and on lately. Could it be im preg. or just stressed? Please help!

Ok so advice...I am 28 n have a non hormonal iud ...have had it for 4 years...its still in place...just felt 2 days ago...I was supposed to start my period Dec 26th...I started spotting on the 22nd and just stopped today...never had an actual period though.

hello ladies am new here so here my question i had my pms on october 8, I ovulate on october 22, my next expected pms is due november 5,I have a 28 day cycle I started bleeding on november 3, two days before my pms is expected it look more redish brownish than bright red.bleed for one day and spotted for two day .today is november 6 a day after my expected pms and no bleeding .took pregnancy test all came back negative did i take the test too early please ladies help.
