My partner and I are trying for a baby she had her symptoms but they went after that she went to the doctors she had 3 pregnancy test they came back not pregnant and she hasn't had her period for two months now what will it be.

I am surprised that your girlfriend's doctor could not make a diagnosis. Did the doctor give her any explanation? Was a blood test done to check her hormone levels?
Basically, the menstrual cycle is regulated by a delicate balance of hormones. Any upset in the balance causes an irregularity.
