Hi I had my period the week before the 17 July. We had sex the week after using a condom. He didn't ejaculate and there was no rips or tears. I ovulated about 8 days ago white mucus and the past 4 days I'm getting really bad period pains but no sign. I'm starting to worry now

Do try to relax. If a condom was used, and there were no tears or rips, you were protected during intercourse.
Usually, ovulation occurs mid cycle, so there is still time for your period to start without the worry it is late and you might be pregnant. When is your period due?

I have irregular periods it could be the start of one month and the end of another.. I feel fine no sickness or nausea, I keep getting period like pains but they go away and come back every couple of hours.
