Hello Question_asker,
Sperm is found in semen. Freshly ejaculated semen contains live sperm, which cannot pass through fabric.

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for reaching out to us. Are you concerned that you might have been at risk for becoming pregnant? There was no risk at all. The semen, which was dried, was on the outside of your pants, and no way of getting into your body. Also, sperm was dead because the semen had dried.
