Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us with your concern about possibly being pregnant. You are not pregnant. Without penetration and ejaculation, there was never a chance for pregnancy. Getting a period in October and November confirms it.
Feeling nauseous could be stress related or you may have a virus.
