Dr. Raiszadeh and his staff are amazing. During my post-op period, I would have questions or concerns or need a medication refilled, and at any point of time I was able to contact Candice, and she would get back to me the same day, make sure that my question was answered, follow up with Dr. Raiszadeh. She was amazing.

I also worked with Jo, and she was always there. She, I could send her an e-mail, I could call her, she would answer any question I had, any concern I had. She was amazing, and she really helped get me through the process. So it wasn’t just Dr. Raiszadeh in the surgery, it was his staff that really helped me get through every appointment, get through every question, every concern that I had.

That made me feel like I was cared for, that I was a person and I wasn’t just another patient going through their office and that they actually did care. They weren’t just going through the motions.
