Irene:
My name is Irene Little and I actually always viewed myself as a very healthy person. I have exercised all my life and I’ve tried to eat at least 90% of my life, eat the right stuff and, I did not, I never relied on medication to take care of me.
September 1, 2008, my older sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. I have a total of four sisters and because she was diagnosed three months after her physical with the doctor and the doctor did not see anything or feel anything, we all then rushed to the doctor to get, not only a mammogram, but an MRI or an ultrasound, and I was included in that. And so, in the ultrasound, they found two little questionable spots.
