Gluten Controversy "Brewing" In Canada

Have you heard about this? New regulations in Canada would call for clearer language on ingredient lists and alert consumers when a food or beverage contains one or more of 10 known allergens, such as milk, eggs, nuts or sulphites. There's now concern that lobbying by the beer industry may affect the regulations. Anaphylaxis Canada and the Canadian Celiac Association are worried that the brewers could use their influence to derail the regulations, which are close to being approved.
