I'm a 19 year old female that has been anemic for five years (started when I was 14 in 2009).
My periods caused me to be anemic in the first place, but since I don't have them anymore, I don't know how or why I'm losing iron. Can somebody help me please?
How can I get proper nutrition so I can have normal iron levels?
