I have been struggling with my weight for most of my life. I think my problem is that I am an emotional eater. I eat when I'm bored, I eat when I'm anxious and stressed out. :( I have joined and re joined Weight Watchers only to lose some and gain it back. :( I don't have close girlfriends that I can share this with. I'm single and don't really want a relationship (that may change). At this point, I would love to have a few close girl friends to share this journey of reclaiming my health and wellness.
