I am the President, Founder, and C.E.O. of Natural Health Connections, Inc.

I am a Naturopathic Physician in the state of Arizona where I received my medical degree in 2003 from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ.

I specialize in family medicine and women's health treating a variety of psychological and hormonal conditions using homeopathic medicines, botanical formulas, specific nutrient supplementation, and therapeutic diet and lifestyle planning to effect change, achieve balance and promote anti-aging.

Currently, I am enrolled at Kerala Ayurvedic Academy to become an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. This will bring a greater level of depth and knowledge to my practice from over 5000 years of experience in traditional healing methods in order to better help my patients learn about themselves and overcome their disease conditions. It is the future of medicine in this country.

My interests include trail running, road biking, creative cooking, and organic gardening. I hold memberships in both local and global organizations that support sustainable living practices for people around the world and protection of our natural resources and am opening Central Slope at the end of January 2010.
