I heard someone say- "Get moving now so you'll be able to when you get older!" and I realized I would have to get healthy if I wanted to have a good quality of life when I got older! I now do yoga, snack better and try to cut back on sugar and alcohol (late nights out with cheesecake and beer? No bueno!)
I walk my 8 year old pug, Ralph and make small changes that I hope will help my longevity over all. Nobody young knows what it's like to get older or what health problems could occur so I'm going to do my best to prevent some of them!
