I'm 53 yrs old, great health, except for my feet. I used to run, hike and walk for miles each day and now I am finding it more and more difficult to be on my feet for long periods of time. On the other hand, if I'm off of my feet as soon as I get up and start to walk, it is also very painful. Now I'm finding that if someone suggests an activity that includes any walking, I immediately think whether I will be able to participate because of the pain in my feet. This is also affecting my job, as I am in outside sales which periodically walking long distances on college campuses and just being on my feet for presentations. I have tried many different shoes, inserts, etc. to no avail.
