After struggling in self employment for 18 years, I discovered that all I was doing in my business was being undermined by the negative chatter created in my sub conscious. As hard as I worked, I couldnt create the profit and fulfillment I was striving for. This was until I began studying the effect energy has on the outcomes in our life, both personally and in our business. I learned different tools and strategies to shift the blocks in my energy, that show up as stress, pain and as the negative chatter in the back of my mind. Once I began clearing these blocks and creating a healthy energy system within me, our business boomed, everything I was working towards became my reality.
