I was recently laid off from my job and am taking some time to decide what I want to do when I grow up. I am avid healthy eater, about 75% raw and I think that helps with so many health issues. I exercise (run) daily and dabble in yoga. I am currently addicted to salt in the form of Triscuits, (previously addicted to black bean chips and before that lime chips). If my hands are not in a box of Triscuits, I might be out running, reading a good book, or writing.
