Yoga has made such a difference in my life and my flexibility. One of the things I understood as I began to research this disease was the more flexible I kept my spine, in other words, the more I prevented that calcium from building up in between the little pieces of the bones, the better off I was going to be, and in yoga, the one thing that you do most is stretch your spine. You are always elongating, always adding space, getting bigger and that, more than anything else, has made a huge difference in maintaining the remission that I am continuing to be in today.
