Bonnie explains why she chose to have Dr. Tsao perform both knee replacement surgeries.
Bonnie:
When I had my first knee done I knew that I needed to have both of them done. At that point in time I thought well, I’ll just have a year in between but I have had such a wonderful result with the first knee that Dr. Tsao did after three months I’ve decided to do the other one now. So it will be done within four months of the first one. I have had such a remarkable recovery. It feels like a new knee and so now I want the pain to be gone in the other knee and have that good as new. Then look out.
Dr. Tsao and Dr. Tsao’s staff have been wonderful. Her medical assistant is very thorough and very competent. I just received my authorization today for the second surgery. She just called on Monday and today is Wednesday and we received it in the mail. Dr. Tsao also has a physician assistant who is Heather and she is just as wonderful as Dr. Tsao is; very competent, very business-like but yet very friendly as well.
